Fortified Technologies provides integrated security and connectivity solutions including video security, access control, intercom systems, live video alarm monitoring, connectivity solutions, cabling services, security assessments (CPTED), air quality monitoring, and guest management systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

All quotes provided by Fortified Technologies are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are subject to change after the validity period. A formal written agreement must be executed before any work commences.

Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined within individual service agreements. Any changes to agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate permitted by applicable law. Fortified Technologies reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fortified Technologies and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fortified Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Fortified Technologies in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. Specific warranty terms for installed hardware and systems are outlined in individual service agreements and manufacturer documentation.

Fortified Technologies may recommend, supply, or install third-party hardware and software as part of our solutions. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or support of third-party products beyond what is covered in our service agreements. Third-party manufacturers' warranties and terms apply to their respective products.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes system configurations, access credentials, facility layouts, and any other information designated as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
